Prior to painting our models, they must be thoroughly cleaned.

The urethane mold release we use will prevent your paint from sticking if you don't clean it off.

It's simple. With a small brush, tooth brush works great, clean using soap and water. Allow to dry.

Then with the same brush, clean with Acetone, available at any hardware store. Be sure to follow all safety instructions when using this product!!

I've found that the odor of the Acetone is so strong that using it outside is necessary.

Once clean allow to dry thoroughly.

I've been using primers and paints for some time. They are expensive, but the quality is excellent!
